Welcome
to the home page of the North Worcestershire Model Aircraft Society, based
near Redditch in the U.K. We build and fly all types of Radio-Control
Models.
Our club is affiliated to the B.M.F.A. (No. 0162) The club encourages all types of model flying subject to a very strict noise code. The club was established in 1973 and has about 60 members. Currently, we have two flying fields both are excellent fields with access throughout the year with off road parking. Both fields are within a 6 mile radius of Redditch and a few minutes from the motorway. Flying is available 7 days a week, The times for individual sites are given in the Members Only area. We do try to spread the load on our sites by flying at specific times for a site, for example our site nearest to houses is not used on Sundays. Full details of flying times is given on joining the club.
